When it’s a good thing, you stick with it. That’s what I’ve found in the IT support provided by Leeshanok. I was surprised to be reminded that they have provided IT support for our organization since 2011. They’ve helped us grow from a small network to a much larger one to meet our company’s needs. They are knowledgeable about all things networking. They provide wise advice to keep our organization safe in this hacker, scammer, phisher driven environment. They are responsive to issues we encounter. I can easily track what issues I’ve submitted to them and where we are in the resolution process. They support the devices they install for us, guiding us along the ever-changing technological highway so that we operate safely and efficiently. I trust Eric Leeshanok’s direction and feel most fortunate to how found this company to assist Sun City with its IT needs. In the case of Leeshanok, we’ve found a good thing and we’re going to stick with it.

We were using Leeshanok Network Solutions for their managed services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One glaring issue was the consistently slow response time. When facing problems, the delay in getting assistance was frustrating and impacted the efficiency of our operations.

The repair time for issues was unreasonably long. Critical problems took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing disruptions to our business processes. This lack of urgency was disappointing and hindered our ability to maintain a seamless workflow.

We found the level of professionalism to be lacking Some people were ok, but some weren't. Communication was often unclear, and the overall approach to problem-solving seemed disorganized. It left me questioning the competence and commitment of the team at Leeshanok.

I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this was not met.

PureBuild, Inc. has relied on LeeShanok for IT support for over a decade. They assist us with server hosting, file migration when new computers are purchased as well as other IT issues which occur from time to time. They have assisted us remotely as well as in-house or on site. They keep us apprised security threats and strategies to mitigate those threats, as well as expiration of developer support of software through timely email updates. All of their staff are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Knowing we can depend on their very competent expertise should any IT issues arise means that is one less thing we need to worry about when running our business. We feel fortunate to have this local resource and would recommend their services for the IT needs of any individual or business.
