I shipped a package at the UPS Store, Wednesday, and they told me it would arrive at my client's site Friday. I said okay that's good. Now it says will arrive Monday. They didn't say that Ground Shipping is "3 to 5" days, if they would have told me that, I would have never done ground shipping. I'm not upset at the store staff, they were great. I'm upset at UPS corporate, they need to do a better job of informing their customer. I called UPS corporate and they couldn't guarantee a Friday or Saturday shipping or upgrade me, and they said this was all out of their hand. This 1 Star is to UPS corporate as a company, the Bayonne store staff is awesome in my book. I ship now using FedEX or USPS.

I just called and spoke to someone at the Bayonne UPS hub it was a woman, She never gave me a chance to talk , I was trying to explain to her that the GPS on my app was not working to track the driver and I pay $19 a year for premium service, All she did was talk over me and cut me short. I can’t believe they have somebody working like that at UPS customer service.

It should be no reason a package from New York to New Jersey should take more than a week with priority shipping. I’ve gotten messages of “out for delivery” multiple times just to keep getting delays on my estimated delivery date. I order nearly every week from across the country…Washington & California with USPS and it arrives in jersey at 2 days the latest! I’ve worked for FedEx for multiple years and never was our hub so backed up that customers are getting packages 2-3 weeks late even during peak season. I get it, we are all human doing our job and things get busy but Honestly this is simply a case of bad management at this hub. It’s not all UPS the one in Edison, New Jersey runs super smoothly. Never a delay & whenever you contact them they email you and get right back to you. Wish I could say the same about this hub but it’s literally one problem after the other. Everyone in these reviews have the same problem so it’s not like they just miss 1 or 2 packages. Get it together please! People have been complaining for 3+ months about this hub.

The staff as super nice but how INCONVENIENT is it that the “customer center” was closed down 2 months before the holidays. Packages are beyond delayed everyday and there’s no way for people to access their deliveries when Ups can’t deliver them on time. Why is it still called the customer center if they can’t even service the customers? Shame. Such poor customer accommodation Ups part. What do we even pay for? I’m avoiding ups at all costs if I have to because this is terrible to do to people. I specially around the holidays.

if i could give 0 stars i would, they kept saying they were attempting to deliver my package but they never were. no calls, no texts, no ringing of the doorbell no knocking nothing they just posted the sticker on the door and left. I would be by my window all day for the second and third attempts and no one ever came. if you have an option do not pick this warehouse because you will never get your package, people are not working they’re lazy

Not going to lie, I expect FedEX to not care, but they actually come up to my door and leave the packages. These UPS drivers do not know how to press an elevator button and deliver a signature package. My wife called out from work just to make sure we get the package today. The help center don’t help at all either, they basically a scam, they make you pay so you’ll have your package redirected to a UPS Access Point because their drivers are too lazy to knock on the door.

Unbelievable, just as another reviewer said they didn’t even knock or ring the bell. I’m so bewildered how they even left a note on the door and didn’t even try. I was there at the house and it’s been days now I paid for it to be redirected to the CVS literally right next to my house and it still hasn’t happened yet. I’m so angry. I’m ready to just drive down to the warehouse myself.

Takes a long time for packages to leave this facility. Need to have a phone number, expedite moving expedited shipment and have a way for customers to pick up packages if needed urgently
