All of the staff members are very kind and dedicated to caring for patients. I switched clinics because my previous location made me feel judged and uncared for, and everyone at Legacy was very attentive and listened to my concerns. They went above and beyond and were not dismissive or in a rush at all. This clinic is very professional and clean.

Brought my daughter in to try and get treatment for an injury and instead of being helped, I was shamed in the waiting room. I could not clearly understand the doctor across the reception desks and the nurses and receptionists discussed when and how the injury occurred in front of everyone, clearly implying negligence on my part. Just to be told to go to the ER. Never went into an exam room, No recommendations on which ER, and zero concern for our well-being. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Yesterday I came to legacy with my 2 kids and since I'm used to "walk ins" the girl there said no availability today, so appt for this morning, they helped me with discount and a ride home, very courageous and thorough with me. Thank you everyone for your kindness and help! 😊

I came across Legacy because I was trying to find an affordable and good clinic to take my kids. We lost our insurance and I have been struggling to find a place with great providers that we can afford. When I called Legacy, I spoke with several people to schedule an appointment. But It was until I spoke with one amazing lady who got my son in for an appointment the very next day and also informed me about speaking with the eligibility department that could possibly help us with payment for our appointment. It’s rare to get good customer service on the other end of the phone. But she not only was kind but took understanding with my situation and offered a way to help. We thankfully qualified for a discount, and my son got great care. Legacy clinic staff, the physician, and the eligibility staff were all so amazing and supportive. I thank God so much for this amazing experience/blessing. We were able to afford the visit and medication we needed. Thank you Legacy!

Terrible service, more than two hours waiting for the doctor, she does not attend to the patients at the scheduled time, you have to wait more than an hour in the room without any response. Not recommended

Called to schedule appt for a psychiatrist the wait on the phone was 30 mins even though it kept saying I had no one in front of me then when I finally got someone on the phone I was told only virtual appts were available so I tried to schedule one and was then told I had to be put on a wait list ….mental health can’t wait and my hands are tied with who I can go to because of my insurance our medical system is truly a joke

My visit was quite lengthy; I spent three hours from check-in to check-out. While the doctors and nurses were exceptionally kind and attentive, the front desk staff left much to be desired. They weren't outright rude, but their lack of politeness and customer service skills was noticeable and detracted from the overall experience.

What a terrible place I just recently moved from lake Charles Louisiana to Deer Park call there for help to get on my psych medication they said they're not taking no clients as well could you please give me a referral to another place that could help me they said they could help me with that neither. I'm reading all the reviews all the reviews are terrible about this place and they're not into helping people at all
