I have to give my visit a five start rating. Rodnesha Brewster was so kind, upbeat, and professional. I am very impressed with this young lady. I was not feeling well, yet she made me feel a little better. The doctor also was fabulous. Dr. H. Martin. I would highly recommend THIS location!

The reception was very helpful. All I had to do was giver my information and see took care of everything else. The nurse was very friendly and had what I call, great bed side manners. Very professional. The Nurse Practioner checked me and knew what she was looking for, did the test and now has me back on the road to recovery. These people know what they are doing.

The nurse here was the sweetest....but everything else wasn't too great. The girl at the front looks like she hates her job, the wait was 2 hours 45 minures even though literally no one was there & the dr was nice, but did nothing for me. I was better off just staying at home.

Fantastic easy location to visit! Very clean, fast and the doctor really listened and took the time to talk to me. Hopefully will start to feel better! Definitely will pick this place again.

I always get in right away and everything is handled efficiently with my prescriptions waiting on me at my pharmacy when I'm done. The last few times I saw Jimmy Patton, PA. He is very personable, listens, and provides thorough treatment.

The staff was great, little bit of a hassle to get registered and I was just there for a drug screen, not any type of emergency. The wait was a bit long as well and they wasnt busy, but all in all it was pretty good. The lady behind the counter was fantastic and helped out with the ridiculous " check in ".

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I went in for a drug screen for a job and the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Once I went back for my test the young lady who assisted me was extremely hospitable, she made me laugh and engaged in conversation and made me feel very comfortable. Great job CARENOW for having such an awesome staff.

I’ve used this location multiple times for employer drug testing. However today was absolutely terrible. The lady at the desk couldn’t have had a worse CS demeanor, I tried to ask a question after I had been waiting 20 minutes but she was too busy on her cell phone around the corner to realize I was at the desk. The tech that administered my test was highly under qualified and literally had no idea what she was doing, she incorrectly labeled my urine vials THREE times. I received a call after getting home from a different tech who came in to fix the issue (she was awesome and super apologetic because she knew how much of a screw up it was) I had to return back up there for the second tech to correct the first’s mistakes and hopefully won’t have to return again to repeat the process tomorrow if the issue fix isnt accepted by the the testing location company.
