Met all of my GI needs! Saw the NP Krystal,very thorough and pleasant..I know that can be challenging to do when it's the last patient of the day😉 The scheduling for my procedure was easy and everything was explained to me in detail. I highly recommend this practice for your GI needs...Don't wait, it may just save your life!

I read the reviews and was hesitant, but also needed to get something checked out quickly for peace of mind, they had availability where others would have had you wait months. I found everyone I encountered at this location to be kind and helpful, nothing but good things to say.

Let me start off by saying.. i have a lot of patience and i let things just roll off without question. But Worst experience ever. I have been sick for 5 months and they have been unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner. All appts are scheduled out 5-6 WEEKS AWAY And the office staff is so incredibly rude and not friendly and unwelcoming and all have RBF and you can tell by just talking to them on the phone. They give you a run around a million times. It's so hard to get through to speak to someone when you call. They do not know ANYTHING about verifying insurance! They called me right before they closed to tell me my insurance wasn't going to cover my procedure that was happening the next morning! After having already told me 4 days previous, that it was covered and I am good to go! If you need a prescription refill. For get it. If you need to get in contact with your doctor or a physician. Forget it. It won't happen. The patient portal.. also a joke. I had an appointment that took 2.5 hours!!!! JUST WAITING IN AN EMPTY LOBBY!!!!! When it was my turn to do the testing.... THE FRONT DESK ADMIN administered the test!!!! Not the person who is hired.. has a degree. And its thier job to administer the test!!!!! And to my surprise the test was done incorrectly!!!!!! The appts themselves are very short. It's like she is reading your file and trying to roughly play keep up and she isn't actually keeping up! I think honestly the practice is spread too thin and have over booked everything daily and then the office staff needs to go... all of them! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Not very friendly staff. They also overbook. When I was there, there were a lot of patients waiting for an examination room to become available. Needless.to say, patients feel rushed. Staff of course get stressed out too, probably why they're not on the friendly side. I've also been calling to re-arrange an appointment but it's hard to get a hold of someone to speak to. Thinking this is not going well, I just canceled.

Do not go here! She does not care about her patience. She’ll pull you up so she doesn’t have to wait between colonoscopies or EDG‘s every time I’ve had one. She’s rushed me in there and then made me wait an hour. She shows up late for her procedures and then expect them all to be lined up back to back. This is not coming from me. This is coming from the Nurses at Memorial Harmony Hospital. She does not call in medication when she says she does. She says she’s in surgery when she is not this is the worst possible doctor you would ever want to deal with ever do not see her. You’ll be worse off than you were before.

I am extremely disappointed with the discriminatory treatment I experienced at this place. In my recent visit summary, the provider included the statement that I “speak English poorly” simply because English is my second language. This note is irrelevant to my care, and highly offensive.

Healthcare providers are supposed to treat patients with respect, not make baseless judgments about their language skills. This discriminatory action reflects poorly on the professionalism of this clinic and raises concerns about how they treat patients from diverse backgrounds.

I strongly urge this clinic to educate their staff Monica Leigh Miranda and Krystal Dawn Limb about cultural sensitivity and professionalism. No patient should have to experience this kind of bias in a healthcare setting.

I've been a patient here for a while but the ladies in the front are not very nice nor welcoming at all, they look mad and unhappy to be there, they are rude . They overcharged me for my visit once and I had to call my insurance so they could contact the office to see why they overcharged me , this happed a second time and the girl told me that my insurance had been verified and whatever they charged me was my portion which was a lie, becasue I checked my EOB , so I had to call my insurance again . When I contacted the office again about my refund they told me that they had just received the insurance payment as I was calling them . What a coincidence ha. I'm sorry I will not return.

They are a joke! They continued to give my daughter the runaround and lied about an overnight package that took 6 days. Overnight is one, the most two days. We are 5 weeks later and still giving us the runaround about the reimbursement, it's not the money. It's the professionalism and the customer service that they all provide in the Katy office. It's pathetic... My daughter was given a message that I am no longer a patient of that office! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!!! Hilarious!!!!

We went for the Wellness, they did not explain the $150 extra for the testing plus the $50 copay which I understand that but not the extra $150. So they give you half a$$ info. Please be careful when you go and ask questions before you pay! THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN! Front desk told me she didn't know what the $150 was for.
