Dr salum is a nice guy but forgetful . He never gave me a bone biopsy and thought he did after seeing him 10 years! He kept saying I was positive for hep C and sent me to a hep dr . They confirmed I did not have hepatitis! Good luck getting through to the only nurse they have on staff or getting your medicine refilled. I was sent to the hospital over and over to get ivig infusions because they can’t give them at his location. There is only one lab girl at this location so be prepared to wait for labs. When you receive your chemo or infusions you sit in a circle looking at everyone receiving their treatments and it is very depressing with one nurse doing it all ! They are closed on Friday no drs on staff . I would suggest keep looking . Switching drs and getting out of this hell hole was the best thing I did ! The poor girl at the front desk is overworked and underpaid.

Dr.Salam and his whole team (Arby ) Shannon, are just wonderful people. Very caring and knowledgeable, took their time explaining everything. Never felt rushed, I was put at ease through all the steps of my care each and every visit. Definitely recommend! Love them.

I have appreciated Dr. Salam’s expertise and care. He gave me answers to things that I was searching for and took time with me. He showed concern for my entire health and well-being when most would only be concerned with more obvious connections to the specific problem. He did not talk down to me and he listened to my concerns. It was a noticeable difference from other specialists and doctors I’ve seen.

I am so lucky that my need to visit the team at OC League City is not oncological in nature. HOWEVER, having come several times for iron infusions I am certain that if I ever needed cancer care, I’d be back. Dr. Salam‘s team - each and every person - is exceptional. From the moment a patient arrives, they are treated with the utmost compassion and warmth. Since most treatments are administered in a general group room (standard for simple infusions) I have witnessed firsthand the highly individualized care everyone receives. This place is truly wonderful!
