I have been seeing Dr. Bala with Gastroenterology Consultants for well over 10 years. He's very thorough and conscientious. Also, his staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Dr.Kafrouni is a Great doctor, but has an horrible office staff. I had to cancel a procedure because the office staff never returned my call after a week of constant calling. I called to find out my financial responsibility, left several messages, still no call! I highly recommend the doctor but he needs to throw the entire staff away. I’m on hold now, trying to schedule an appointment just to inform the Doctor about his incompetent office!

The parking alone made me want to pull my hair out there is no where to park for the last 45 minutes and made me late for an appointment I was early to. Ridiculous!!!!

When I try to call nobody would answer the phone I would try like 3 or more times but every body was nice that's the only thing that would stress me out so I would just stopped.

Very rude staff over the phone. I waited like 40min to schedule an appointment when they finally answered the call they hung up 3-4 times. I called again and they said the line was down and put me on hold again more 40 minutes and hung up again. That's insane! and there is a message over the phone that the patient can request an appointment using the website. I requested a week ago and nobody contacted me. Now I cam understand the 2.0 reviews. Looking for another place now.

Dr. Roe was rude, didn't listen to what I had to say, and was super short with me in her answers - if I got one. The office staff wasn't much better except for the receptionist. She was pretty nice. Had some tests done and the office never called me about the results.
So no, I would NOT recommend this practice.
