Maintenance Secretary is amazing, warm, welcoming and pleasant. Trying to schedule maintenance in such a huge complex is never easy, but Debra does it with ease. Keeping you updated is also a wonderful experience that we have had.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, we had to have Nelson come to our apartment. He is AMAZING. Our ceiling looks great like there was never an issue. He is so polite and wonderful. He cleans up after himself and makes my life so much easier coming home from work and not having to clean. Thank you both for an issue that was handled with ease, and professionlsm

We lived here for five years, and we love this place. Management always does everything within their power to make sure we, as residents, are comfortable and happy. Everything is super close by. The location is super convenient. Maintenance is truly the best. Every time something needs repair, Debra quickly sends an employee to fix the problem. Debra is truly the best, always available to help and solve problems. Debra, thank you for everything you do for being so professional and always solve any issue as soon as possible.

Anthony and Debbie on the maintenance team are FANTASTIC! Gabriella and the leasing team helped my significant and I move in very seamlessly. My newly renovated apartment is beautiful. I have been here about month and a half and I have zero complaints. Parking is easy, exterior maintenance is on point as well as my hallway and main lobby. I haven’t had any issues with packages, which is almost unheard of nowadays. I recommend this property to any and anybody looking for an all-inclusive rent experience!

Overall I had a good experience here, felt safe, whenever I needed help with maintenance they would always come (during work hours so I was never home when they came).
Pros:
- good parking
- clean and move-in ready
- clean laundry facility, located at lobby level and not in a dingy dirty basement. Easily accessible. ($2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry)

Con:
- Lack of outlets in the kitchen. I have 1 single outlet in the kitchen for multiple appliances
- stove is right next to the wall (melts the paint off when you're cooking so get a splash guard)
- Fridge is mini sized and is placed right next to the wall so I can't open it all the way
- rent was $1935 for only ~530 Sq ft.
- Someone stole my package and doordash since we have a shared mail room

I have recently moved into a very well kept and clean apartment at the crossings at one. I have worked with a very friendly leasing consultant Indhira who was always available to answer my questions very promptly the entire time. She showed us a few apartments and did her best to get us the apartment we wanted with a nice promo deal.

After moving in, the apartment was pretty clean however within the next few weeks i had some minor problems such as the dryer vent leaking or the door being hard to lock. The maintenance team was super helpful as they addressed by issue as soon as I called. Bermin and Pedro was available within an hour to fix all of my small issues. They were very professional and always monitoring the apartments for any issues. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to consider crossings at one. Lets also not forget about all of the amenities and the monthly events they have!!

I had a window sill with cracked paint that needed repair and management sent an experienced repairman named Nelson to take care of it. He spent days working on it to refurbish it so that the eyesore is gone, and it looks brand new. He was extremely friendly too. That’s the type of service that we all want.

I moved here in October.I fell in love with the designs of the apartments when I attended the viewing.Gabriela was my leasing Consultant who showed me the lovely apartment.Iam glad to be a part of this luxurious community.The owners did a wonderful job building this complex. It feels like a resort so many things to gym,tennis etc.Gabriela left a welcoming note and a gift for me in the apartment when I moved in .I thought that was nice.My previous review had a typo Gabriela helped me have a calm transition moving here closer to family and a fresh start. On a real positive note I would recommend this community .

This is our first week here and I’ll tell ya it’s all
About the L’s. Location, lifestyle,and LORIN! Actually, it should be Lorin, Location, and Lifestyle. Lorin was so real and honest with us. She doesn’t try to sell you anything that they aren’t offering. You can tell she likes her job and she’s happy to work at Crossings because she’s genuinely excited about the property and the amenities that they offer. Along with her bright personality, they also cover all of your utilities except for internet and electric. Who doesn’t like to stream line their finances Lorin was also able to answer every specific question I had before the lease signing process. When we moved in she provided us a welcoming packet and that was just above and beyond! There was a list of nearby grocery stores, entertainment, retail shops, post office locations, and a ton of menus for restaurants. That was such a really nice touch. Above and beyond. One of the buildings has a cafe with vending machines, pictured here, it’s wicked charming and convenient for snacks and coffee if you don’t want to travel too far. If you have a pup or like pups, this place is super dog friendly. The neighbors here have been super welcoming and friendly, too and I love how diverse the community is, all walks of life would feel comfortable. Also, when we moved in there were a couple things that needed attention, things you wouldn’t notice unless you were living in the unit for a couple of days. We reached out to Lorin who put in a request with maintenance and they had come and gone and fixed everything within a reasonable enough time. The maintenance guys were super cool too! I swear all of the bad reviews must’ve been when this place was different. Now they offer higher tech features such as key fobs, apps to check in for the pool and the package room, as well as an online payment system. You really do get your money’s worth at the Crossings at One. We plan to stay here for at least two of three years. Thank you Lorin and everyone else involved!
