Extremely unprofessional. His disposition is disgusting and honestly not worth the strife for the few dollars you’ll get back. Customer service HAS to improve. I hate to rate any Black owned business with such displeasing scores, but he truly needs to do better. If I could’ve given 0 starts I certainly would have. Though I will not be returning, I do genuinely hope to see improvement.

Last year I waited almost an hour while he talked football. This year I waited a half hour only to find out my appointment wasn't even on his calendar. No apologies. He called the receptionist, who was late, and complained to her. She arrived and they went back and forth arguing with each other. Went to someone else this year and found out he did my taxes wrong! Deductions I should have taken he left off. Now I'm paying to amend last year's return.
