These people are some idiots! I called for backed up rent and they ask some of the craziest questions. If I didn’t need the help I wouldn’t had called! The fact I was told to put my kids last is horrible! You will think the money was coming out of they pockets! Y’all need a whole new staff. I wouldn’t be surprised if they was stealing the money and making fake cases!

I’ve called several times for assistance for my back rent instead of getting assistance the lady that answer wasn’t helpful I did not get the help I desperately needed they asked unnecessary questions gave me such a hard time just to say we can’t help you.

The people who work there are uneducated, they gave my friend wrong information re assistance. Don't even bother calling there if you are looking for any assistance other then referral to food pantry
