VOC and Michele, our primary contact source, were absolutely incredible at getting us out of our timeshare agreement!! Michele kept us informed every step of the way and answered any questions we had thoroughly and promptly. While it's best to never fall for timeshare tactics, if you ever do/have, VOC is the way to go if/when you want out. We fell for their tactics on our honeymoon in Oct 2022 and came to our senses the following April while trying to plan our first trip. We interviewed VOC and another company, but we chose VOC because they are lawyer-based and handle all correspondence. They are up front with your options, then they let you make the decision that's best for you, and then guide you based on your decision. The other company we interviewed required us to be the middle-man, where they would write all the correspondence, but we had to stay in touch with the timeshare company and act like it all came from us. By choosing VOC, if/when we received a call from the timeshare company, we just redirected them to our lawyers. We paid a percentage for our down-payment and then had a monthly service fee for the duration of their services. The monthly fee was the same amount we were paying for the timeshare, so what little extra we paid with the down-payment was more than worth it to be out of that agreement for good!! We HIGHLY recommend VOC and Michele for anyone who finds themselves in our same shoes, asking "how in the world did they get me/us?!"

My elderly mother was sucked in a timeshare during an all day lasting timeshare presentation. Long story short, I found Vacation Ownership Consultants, and after some thorough checking them out by contacting Facebook reviews, to see if those reviews were real people, reading up on reviews online there is only one thing to say - VOC is legit. The process might seem tedious at the beginning, but believe me, this is what makes VOC good at what they do. They were upfront from the start, they explained every step of the process and held my hand, and most importantly, they were available to me for questions. I had a person assigned to our case, I had an email and phone number. I never had to be on hold, and had a reply within 24 hours. VOC warned us from the start that this process to exit a timeshare could take 6-48 months. Other people I contacted stated the same thing. Again, they are very transparent, they are very communicative and stand by their word. We were very lucky to have our process last only one year. I started this exit process within a month of mother purchasing this timeshare, and we opted to default on payments. Given the fact that my mother is 72 years old with a very limited income, and no need for a clean credit history (anymore), this was the best decision to make for us personally. I am not one to give reviews, and I am highly picky and critical of any services, but I will say that VOC delivers. Good luck to any of you, may you be able to exit your timeshare as quickly and painlessly as we did. Thank you.

VOC was fantastic! They seamlessly helped my mom get released from two expensive timeshare contracts that she got duped into signing. VOC provided clear instructions and expectations as well as regular updates. The best was when Wendy personally called to give us the news that the contracts had been terminated! As I was considering what approach to take to ensure an exit from my timeshare, I found VOC to be upfront, honest and transparent. They checked in advance of any monies paid to confirm that my timeshare was of interest their contacts. The process was clearly explained to me. I was surprised that the Conveyance Deed was received this week, just four months after I signed a contract and paid. No financial implications to my credit and cheaper than some other companies. I highly recommend working with VOC for your timeshare exit.
