I have worked with Matt several times for issues with our office computers and even an upgrade. He is always super quick to respond and knowledgeable and gets the problem resolved quickly! We will always contact him for any computer issues.

Matt is incredibly knowledgeable about all hardware, software and networking issues - commercial and residential. He recently troubleshot and fixed a Cat 8 installation in our home in record speed. It's new tech and not everyone is familiar with the inner workings of this type of install. He spoke with me about it to spec out the work matter-of-factly as if he had been doing it his whole career. He's also incredibly humble - a telling characteristic of a master craftsman. I'll be using him in the future for all technology related issues.

I can't say enough about Matt, the owner, of User Friendly PC Services. I have been using Matt for 7+ years and he has been exceptional. He is meticulous, smart, and extremely knowledgeable. He came through so many times in the clutch for me; he's like a MacGuyver & Michael Jordan put into 1.
His calm demeanor puts me always put me at ease.
I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an IT expert.

Matt is not only a master of his craft, but an awesome human being overall. He will give you personal phone calls--sometimes even after his doors have shut--just to tell you how your computer is doing. Whatever you ask him to do, he gives a 300% effort. Not to mention he does so for a VERY fair price. He is super generous, honest, and trustworthy. As long as I live in this state, I will not bring my horrifically glitchy PC to anyone else and I recommend everyone else do the same!

My Dell had slowed down considerably. I decided to try out User Friendly based on a couple of positive online reviews. Matt was able to quickly diagnose problem and offer solutions at different prices. He thoroughly explained each option and was never pushy. Since he installed a new SS drive (at what I felt was a very fair price,) computer is faster than ever and has been running without issue for two months. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Spent hours failing to upgrade Windows 10. Took the machine to Matt who got the job done despite a number of errors/problems.
He's a nice guy who got it done, gave some good advice and was very reasonable price-wise.
I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Owner was extremely friendly, took the time to address all my concerns and explained things I needed to understand to fix my problem and a few other things as well.
All of this for a good price and extremely quickly.
Best experience I've ever had at a computer shop. I never knew how badly I was treated elsewhere until I took a chance and came here.
Definitely recommend! 5 stars!
