Excellent company. Having been a customer for years, they have always been prompt to answer my calls/texts and troubleshoot issues quickly. I’ve never had a billing issue or any challenges with the back office. Very professional and knowledgeable field employees. I’ve had minimal downtime over the years. I highly recommend especially if you are dealing with a national ISP. They are local and truly care for thier customers.

We've had Teknet for over 2 years and have been extremely satisfied! Their customer service is outstanding, their rates are reasonable, without continual rate hikes, and we've never had any issues with internet speed. Outages are extremely rare and we're always notified for both planned and unplanned/temporary issues. Thank you Teknet for being exceptional in a very mediocre business environment!

At Teknet they go above a beyond since moving to northern Phoenix/New river we have bounced around company to company trying anything and everyone, the unique customer service they provide here is un-matched and shouldn’t be over looked. Along with the incredible speeds and low latency for gaming basically unmatched. If you were thinking of giving them a try DO IT and do not hesitate.

Chris & Nate come to do my installation they did a great job. Even set up my video cameras to new system. I know it's only a wire or two but still super nice explaining everything along the way. Super easy.
