Watch out they will get you.. I bought my house from a family member and after my uncle past away they auto filled the oil and propane at the time propane rates were 2.59 a gal and they charged $6.95 a gal ( auto filled / convenience charges) .. so my aunt gave me the tanks filled as a present. I even asked about just returning the tank and getting reimbursed the amount that was paid, but they would only offer to buy the propane back at $1.90 a gallon…..now I have a tank with not much left in it so I plan to use it up on the grill . And they want to charge $199 to pick up an empty tank.. what a joke.. be careful with any company.. they all have fine print.. but this company I would run away.

Always timely and courteous. Fill a 1000 gallon tank and Delivery personnel are always careful of the long driveway and mulched driveway borders. Office stay are friendly and extremely helpful. Absolute pleasure doing business with this company and more importantly...its staff! A very satisfied repeat customer!

Pat was very pleasant and made my transfer to Suburban very pleasant. My wife was amazed how nice Pat was when she spoke with her. Suburbans prices are better than company we were with. Would highly recommend.

Having moved into a house that utilizes propane for the first time. I searched for the best price for propane and Suburban was the cheapest in our area. I called and spoke with Pat at Suburban. I had many questions and she patiently and kindly answered them all. My wife was home when Suburban made their 1at delivery. My wife told me the tech was very knowledgeable and nice also. I couldn't have asked for a better beginning relationship with a company.

This has to be the worst company around!! They are crooks!! We have been with this company for years and they were told on numerous occasions to only deliver propane when we call them and repeatedly delivered only when price was at their highest!! Almost $7.00 gallon!! We called and put a note on our tank not to deliver, they delivered anyway!! We are having them pick their tank up and they are charging us $150!!! One time we owed them $50 ( Always paid on time and been with them for years!!) and they knocked on my door so hard it scared me!! I had just had surgery, couldn't get to the door and sounded like someone was trying to break my door down, was so scared!! Hubby came home and found the bill on the door. He called them and told them to stay away and stop delivering here and they still delivered and charged high price!! These people need to be shut down!!! Stay away if you know what's good for you!!

I have been a customer for 20 plus years, but I have stopped doing business with them. They started implementing new charges that I never agreed. When I finally had had enough I told them to come pick up the tank. They kept 600+ dollars worth of propane, and charged me 125 dollars to pick up their own tank. Zero stars. See you in court.

They are crooks! Even on a will call, I had 3 separate guys show up in the last 6 months to try and deliver propane when it wasn't needed. This time they charged me for them coming, again when they weren't called. So needless to say they are voiding that invoice and taking their tank off my property!
