I needed to get the charging port replaced on my out-of-date LG V60. The part needed to be ordered so I prepaid and expected to hear back in a week or so that the part was in, but no one called me. I ended up not needing the repair so I canceled the service request and received a full refund with no issues at all. Rafael was very pleasant. I will return if I need their service in the future.

It is a great pleasure to do business with the staff here! During these trying times, and in general, we rarely consider getting our electronic equipment repaired looking for ways to replace expensive devices when this should be our first choice. I highly recommend Jennifer and this company for their professionalism and care they take with each person they serve. So far I had my cellphone and IPad repaired, and have a few more items to have serviced.
