Glad I switched to WasteBNB! They have made garbage service for my vacation rental extremely easy and efficient while being competitively priced. One of my favorite services is rolling out the cans to the street for me and being on call if we need to dispose of trash on a short notice before a guest’s arrival. The business is also family ran, so I feel like I can get in touch with a real person easily if needed. Unlike my experience with Waste Management.

I’m very happy with switching from waste management to WasteBNB. They show up on time even when the weather makes the other companies stop. The fact that my guests do not have to take the bins out during their stay or after is a huge win. Also, if I need an extra on demand pick up, I just call and it gets taken care of right away. Very affordable, and very professional. I couldn’t be happier with my switch over.

Got in a tight spot when a national waste removal company postponed a regularly scheduled pickup due to some snow that wasn’t deep enough to prevent them from performing the service. Called WasteBNB to check them out as an alternative and they sent a truck out on a Sunday and emptied both my barrels. They also get barrels and take them to the truck, then return the barrels to where they’re kept. This is a huge benefit as my HOA harasses rental owners with fines if barrels aren’t back to the street within 24 hours of pickup.

These trucks speed through our neighborhood. We have little kids playing and they fly through trying to get to their next rental. It's not bad enough to have all these careless renters, now this dangerous activity too.

I highly recommend WasteBNB! If you have a vacation rental in Pinetop this is by far the best company to use. They have relieved me of so much stress when it comes to my trash cans being left out or my guests puttering by the trash cans out. They come weekly, but will come between guests if the cans are full. I have four cans and it's still cheaper and more convenient than WM!

Cant say enough about this service up in the Pinetop area. I called the company and spoke with Harry who was very professional and two hours later they were picking up my trash.. Very Impressive and Highly recommended. The snow doesn't stop this company like some of the others. USE them and be happy 🙂
