Fui indicada por uma amiga que gosta muito do trabalho, mas eu não tive a mesma sorte. Solicitei manutenção no meu computador pq ele estava com superaquecimento, desligando sozinho. Pedi a manutenção, foi enviado o orçamento e aprovado. Optei por não fazer um dos serviços que eram opcionais, que era a atualização do Windows, pq ultrapassam o que eu poderia pagar. Foi oferecido desconto, fiquei super agradecida e fiz, até aí tudo feliz. A entrega atrasou... O computador chegou... Perdeu as funcionalidades originais de fábrica do touchpad que eram uma das melhores coisas do modelo, além do pacote Office totalmente diferente. Mandei mensagem e foi respondido que era normal quando se atualiza o operacional, engoli a resposta a seco já que isso não tinha sido avisado antes. Para minha surpresa o notebook apresentou o mesmo defeito de antes, aquecendo... Mandei outra mensagem e a resposta foi: o que tinha para fazer foi feito. Fiquei super chateada e não usei mais o notebook.
Com as aulas online na pandemia precisei usar e ele está novamente desligando sozinho por aquecer. Fiz contato novamente e a resposta foi que a garantia já tinha vencido (apesar de ter sinalizado o problema assim que o notebook chegou). Enfim... Não recomendo. Gastei mais de 400 reais, o computador voltou todo diferente e com o mesmo problema. E o fico com a mensagem de "o que tinha que fazer foi feito".

A Isa sempre se mostrou muito solícita e eficaz na resolução de problemas que ocorreram com os equipamentos de informática que utilizo. As orientações técnicas são muito precisas. Escrevo esta mensagem em um micro que estava bastante lento devido ao tempo de uso e, após a implementação das soluções recomendadas por ela, está com um desempenho muito bom, evitando que eu tivesse um gasto extra na aquisição de uma nova máquina. Recomendo!
