This little complex has all the modern amenities I look for - ceiling fans, garbage disposal and modern decor with a beautiful gas range. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I had a corner unit which provided a loft and extra room with a beautiful metal light fixture. Linda helps and responds every step of the way. Maintenance is there within a day or two after a request. I love living here. It’s a nice quiet pocket in a hustling world.

This is the BEST place to live in if you work in Philadelphia/ cherry hill areas. Super close to the high way, super quiet, everyone’s so friendly, and very safe. The buildings are new and modern at a reasonable price. All charges are reasonable with explicit listing and they give your deposit back.

Riverpointe was honestly the best apt I've lived in. The apt was beautiful. I lived in a 1 bedroom. The living room area and adjoining kitchen were large and lovely and wow, the bathroom was honestly just a luxury. Really the best shower ever! There was a courtyard area too, with benches that you can sit at, which was a nice place to go if you wanted to just sit outside for a bit to enjoy the weather.

The apt also had frequent food events for the neighborhood. For instance, the one I had gone to, a chief from a local restaurant in Philly came by and made meals for everyone. It was delicious! 🙂

Linda, the property manager, was also a sweetheart. She was always so helpful with any concerns. Quick to answer emails and if you just stopped by at her office to talk, she was always so pleasant and never turned you away. Linda was also incredibly helpful with the move out process. I ended up having to leave earlier than expected, and she was so helpful in arranging everything so I could leave with ease. I honestly can’t thank her enough for the help and for her kind words before I left. I highly recommend Riverpointe for the beautiful apts and for the wonderful staff. Honestly so sad I had to leave.

I moved here December 2023 when I was relocating back to NJ after living in RI for 12 years. I have had a great experience overall. No major maintenance issues. Everyone at the office is nice. Neighbors are friendly.
To this point, I don’t have any major complaints. But parking is a bit of a pain point. I have a two bedroom but live alone and therefore only am allowed one parking spot. There is no guest parking except for 3 spots at the clubhouse that are almost always taken. Otherwise, visitors need to park in the development behind the complex. It’s not the end of the world but it can be annoying at times. When they built this complex they did not provide ample parking. I have lived in other complexes with this not being an issue at all. I am leaving when my lease ends for this reason, to be closer to my family, and to get further away from the Philly/Camden area. The complex is gated so I have felt safe.

Beautiful, quiet, and affordable apartment community that is centrally located for easy commute to Philly and Cherry Hill. Linda, the leasing director is wonderful and apart of what makes River Pointe special. I really enjoyed the town home style apartments, if it wasn’t for work I never would have left. The units maximize the sq footage for a spacious layout!

Linda and Mickey are amazing! My situation is a little complicated, actually I never got a chance to view my apartment until I move in due to I am out of country for my job. All the communications are through emails and phone calls. They did a superb job and make the process quick and efficient.

The location is great, nearby Philly and Cherryhill. Interior of apartment is perfect since it is completely new and love the hard floors! I like the gym a lot but wish could have a bench in the gym.

So far, I like my apartment and highly recommend it!

I inquired about a tour twice through their website but never received a response. So, I decided to call, and Linda answered. While she was polite, her tone came across as judgmental and arrogant.

When I mentioned that my boyfriend and I were moving in together, her attitude became noticeably condescending. She explained the requirements: a 650 credit score for each applicant, or if only one of us met that credit score; that person would need an annual income of at least $71,460. Then, with a smug tone, she asked, “Do you meet those requirements?”

I told her I have a 650+ credit score and that while we both work part-time, we have plenty of savings—an ample amount set aside just for moving in, not even counting the rest of our savings and our actual bank accounts. Yet, she tried to tell me that amount wasn’t sufficient and spoke to me as if I was a little girl. Huh? We’re not new to renting and we manage our finances just fine, thank you very much.

Instead of having a real conversation, she immediately jumped to the conclusion that we’d need a co-signer. This is the first time I’ve ever felt so belittled in a housing inquiry. She did say we were still welcome to take a tour, but after that phone call, I don’t even feel welcome at all. I decided to hang up before her clear bias made me get out of character.

I guess unless you’re an NEURO OR ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON, don’t bother inquiring—because based on her attitude, that’s about the level of income you’d need to live here. 😂

River Pointe is a beautiful, well maintained community. After living here for one year, I am happy with this quiet gem. The units are updated, the grounds are well maintained, and the amenities and clubhouse are great. Linda the leasing director made our transition moving in easy. She is always available, quick to respond, and a pleasure to talk with. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly. Nothing bad to say about River Pointe!
