Employee took my Direct tv equipment right away n said he would dispose of it right away. Place was clean n full of electronics stuff for sale. Parking was adequate since customers take about 15 minutes to shop or recycle their electronics. There was another lady employee who was very nice n knowledgeable. Thank you pc solutions.

Didn't say anything about a charge to look at it and then told me I had to pay to get the laptop back even though they couldn't fix it
The piece of paper I got when I dropped off the computer said nothing about that

I would not recommend, I took my pc for a software issue and they were no help. My PC still has the same issue. My "diagnostic" was keep restarting my PC until it works. They charged me $65 to tell me that. I had already been trying that so I was pretty much charged $65 to try the same thing i have been doing for the past couple days. Don't waste your time unless you want the most basic common sense type of advice for a $65 fee.

I went to PC solutions computer repair because my dad recommended it to me. I went there for one Dell charger and the owner recommended a charger with an adapter. Great place great workers and I would recommend this to anyone in Green valley that needs their computer repaired, to bring it to PC solutions computer repair.

I called PC Solutions based on a glowing recommendation from a friend. I was able to take my computer in right away for a free diagnoses. Glen kept me informed as he worked to recover my data and install a new hard drive in time for me to have my computer back before a holiday weekend... which he did!

I've also taken a printer to PC Solutions for repair. They only charge you if they can fix it and, again, the price is reasonable. Mike fixed mine and it's working beautifully again!

I appreciate that PC Solutions is a local shop, their staff friendly and knowledgeable, and their price reasonable. I highly recommend them.
