I have been a client of the Oliver Peoples Houston location for several years now, and Janelle and her team never fail to deliver an exceptional and amazing experience. Janelle sold me my first pair of Oliver Peoples glasses several years ago. She had never met me before but after just a short conversation she picked up the pair of sunglasses she knew would be the perfect compliment to my features. I instantly fell in love with the frames, bought them then and there and have been coming back ever since. Janelle’s knowledge of the product, fashion, design and her energy to work with the clients of the store to find the best pair of glasses for them is incredible. Any time I have needed a repair or adjustment to any of my frames, she always provides quick, professional and quality service. Janelle and her entire team are amazing people, incredibly knowledgeable and provide the same welcoming, warm and professional experience every time.

I had the privilege of attending an event tonight for the store. And in a word… outstanding! The event was perfectly curated and created an inviting atmosphere to engage with the team and to see and try on new frames in a fun, refreshing and engaging environment. Fell in love with and bought a new pair of sunglasses during the event that I know I will be enjoying for a long time to come! Hats off to Janelle and her team, and super excited to see more events like this in the future! Already looking forward to returning to the store for my next experience!

Faith at Oliver People’s provided an outstanding experience! I was interested in a few frames, and she went above and beyond by overnighting one that the store didn’t have, just so I could try it on in person. I bought two pairs of glasses. I was told to expect them to be ready in two weeks. After two weeks, I called and initially they stated the lab was finally putting the finishing touches and I should expect them soon. I was then told one of the lenses broke during assembly hence the order was late. When I reminded them I had ordered two pairs and it was unlikely that lenses would brake in both pairs, I was then told the frames were help up in customs!
