I had a great experience at Care Now clinic. The staff was kind, attentive, and took excellent care of me. They quickly diagnosed my issue, were very thorough in their examination, and made sure I understood everything. Came in to do a pre-employment drug screening and waited 30 minutes after checking in for the privilege of having someone supervise my peeing into a cup. There was nobody waiting in the lobby, no patients who exited while I was waiting in the lobby, and as far as I could tell, no other customers there besides me, so it's unclear why I had to wait all that time. The only reason it's not a one star rating is because the front desk employee was very sweet. It's probably faster to schedule your drug screen at a labcorp or quest.

Nurse practitioners are doctors with better bedside manners. This is true of Ms. Shantel Scott. She is an amazing NP. She listened and didn't rush.. she is very knowledgeable and helped me feel at ease. She will do great things. So grateful for her.

Took my child to this location and unfortunately the Nurse Practitioner (doctor not ever on staff on a weekday in the middle of the day) told me he had an ear infection and Put him on strong antibiotics. I took him to his pediatrician the next day he doesn’t have an ear infection and the antibiotics caused extreme stomach issues. Would not recommend.

Shauntel, the NP, assessed my situation, explained everything so I could understand it, and gave me some informed choices to make. Then, she executed with precision.

100% effective, and I'm gonna be fine now.

They needed a medical tool that they didn't have in the clinic. So, April drove to the other clinic to pick one up and bring it back!

This place may be good at making money, but they’re terrible at caring about people’s health
I went into the clinic for an ear issue.
The Doctor— I don’t know his exact credentials, prescribed me a nasal spray and an allergy tablet. I asked for antibiotics he said no.
He said come back if you’re not feeling well.
I go back. The problems is not gone. I’m then told he has to re-examine me for an additional co-pay.

It was my first time here. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and very helpful with the online registration process! The doctor was very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. But the tech that came in to take my vitals came off very rude, judgmental and tended to make many snarky comments to not only me but my boyfriend as well in the the 15-20 mins she was in the room with us. She needs to have a better attitude or find a new career choice!
