The doctor gave verbal restrictions, but the front office would not add them to the excuse note. Said that's why she gave me an excuse so my son won't go to school. It doesn't matter if he is at home or school. Restrictions are restrictions. I guess they needed to charge more than the $260 that was already charged.

I don't mind the charge. And yes, he will be going to school after 5 days. Which leaves 2 days before the next appt. The doctor said that if it gets infected again after treatment, the doctor will not be able to do the procedure that is needed to treat the patient. So yes, I do need it to prevent infection at all costs. Maybe I should ask for a medical record instead, which can not be denied.

Proper investigation? One side of the incident. I didn't receive a call asking questions.

Did you know that consultations here are only $25? I see they may have been $35 but that is still amazing for the excellent service that you get. I do not have insurance right now and I needed to see a Dr. Wasn't sure if I had strep throat or tonsillitis. (Turns out it was tonsillitis). Now most clinics and Dr.'s offices would give you something to just take the inflammation down and numb the soreness and maybe just a little antibiotic. I was thankful to get a antibiotic shot. The awesome Father and daughter team want you well and I appreciate the amount of sincerity in their care. Thank you staff at Clinica Familiar and may God continue to bless you all.

my son had food poisoning this doctor and nurses were so awesome even after my son threw up on the floor. the doctor was so nice and treated him well.the only down side was that they didn't take no insurance. or at least the one i had but i didnt mind paying cash .

We where told there was a food specialist so I took my mom to go see him , 30 seconds into the food specialist seeing my mom he couldn't do nothing and sent us to another foot specialist , but still chaged the consulting fee. Scam at its finest.
