DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Nurses and doctors were completely unprofessional and I had such an unpleasant experience that I would never come back here. First of all the doctor was in a rush to leave and did not take enough time to check me and my daughter. Though, he took the time to lecture me about my health issues. Nurse was extremely rude, the most unpleasant person I have ever encounter in the medical field. Making sarcastic and unwelcomed comments. She was also in a rush to leave and kept walking away when she was supposed to take my vitals. Took her probably 20 minutes to do that. They lack people skills and empathy. Save your time and money, there are plenty of other clinics that are available and their staff is friendly and welcoming. My clinic of choice was closed so I gave this one a try and it was absolutely the first and last time I will ever visit this horrible place.

The lady at the front desk was rude through the phone giving attitude , and also I ask to extend days and she said no when I’m sick I just choose to go to another clinic

Good 👍 walk in Clinic in Houston, downtown area. I go there from time to time. Great staff , very friendly and professional, mainly Spanish speaking. I can highly recommend this Clinic. Dr. Marco is very king and caring, more then happy to help .

Says they open at 8 yet the doors stay closed until someone has to call and complain saying they’re outside. Receptionists have a horrible attitude and show little to know interest in actually helping patients. Staff goes missing, phones ring and ring and no one picks up. The solution for everything is an injection. Sore throat? Here have a shot that of course, you’ll have to pay for. This place used to be good, but those days no longer exist. Do your research, go somewhere else.

Really Bad Clinic! I got there & they check me in really fast, but the nurses don’t know what they are doing! The doctor didn’t even ask what was wrong with me at all, all what his was worried was about my blood pressure, I was like I came here because I’m sick I had fever last night & chills, body aches! He didn’t even care, he didn’t even check me at all!

I went because I've been having anxiety and my experience at this place was NO HELP at all. I didn't even get to see the doctor cause I wasn't bout to sit there and take the nurses disrespect. Although the wait was a bit long bc there were quite a few people Infront of me, it was worth it in my experience. The staff was super friendly with me and the price was super affordable for all the work they did on me. The nurse and doctors all explained everything very thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. Definitely plan to go again for future needs

I came today n they take so long to get a patient I have Insurance n Iam paying to I told one of the girls from there that work in front that I hade to go for my kids she told me that I can go n pick them up n come back when I came this woman that works in front with Red hair told me that I have to wait like everyone else I have things to do I waited to much in here is not ok for me to be here all day smh..
