The Staff members at this Clinic were so friendly and professional. Ms Monica was very polite and helpful.

I also discovered that the Doctor was very thorough in her consultation. So caring, encouraging and supportive.
One other thing that I discovered about this clinic is that you’re treated very well. Their customer service is very superb.

Professional, expedient, friendly, compassionate. I felt totally safe and in the best care—which is rare for the medical world sadly. In this warm environment I felt seen and heard. I left wishing they could handle all of my medical issues! Monica is simply the best. Everyone I came in contact with from my first call was perfection.

I’ve been an established patient for several years. This is entire practice is a joke. I’ve been calling every day all day for almost 3 weeks. No one answers, I’ve called all 3 locations, left messages etc. I am currently on prescription medication that was prescribed by the Doctor. But I guess that’s how she and the office treat loyal patients. Completely unprofessional and actually could be medical malpractice to just abandon your patient without warning or notice. I also have no way of getting my medical records either.

I came in as a referral after an ER visit, colitis with bleeding. Before my in office meeting I received calls from office to get my appointment setup, the office staff was professional courteous concerned and patient with me. My appointment was at 10:15 and was out at 12:30. When they got to me, they took their time questioning and assessing my current and past history. They do not push you in and out like a fast food drive thru, while you are waiting, they are giving another patient their full attention. Be prepared to wait your turn.

Professional and caring staff that goes above and beyond to ensure that you have the knowledge on the test to make an informed decision. They also respect your time, so wait time is extremely low. I would definitely recommend their service.

The doctor's office called and left message about 5;18 pm the night before that I needed to fast 4 hours before 9;30 appointment, not even to drink water. No test was performed during the appointment. Nurse practioner took my medical history. I never saw the doctor. I told receptionist I would call back in an hour to make an appointment for a procedure I needed so I could check on transportation required after treatment.

I tried to call all day and left a text message, but I have not received a response.
