Stay as far away from this place as possible. Mr. Astrain is very friendly and accommodating until the IRS comes back and says he did your taxes wrong - 2 years in a row. I got a notice from the IRS and began trying to get a hold of him to ask him what to do, what happened, and what my options are. Stopped by numerous times to show it to him, called no fewer than 20 times, talked to his receptionist at least 10 times, and each time he either was too busy to see me, wasn't in or wouldn't speak to me on the phone (when his assistant reached him by phone). I've had to hire another company the last two years to straighten out his mess, which was expensive, and I've had to pay fines.

This place takes advantage of people I went there and they keep my stimulus check that was direct deposit to there account since I had requested to get my tax refund direct deposit to my account I received a letter from the Irs stating it was direct deposit and they claim they don't have my money .I did my tax for 2020 and also requested direct deposit and man will not give me my refund he claims he don't know where it is . .a dishonest place taking advantage of people .

$200 just to get taxes done is an outrageous price. This is so simple that anybody can do. There is alot of other places to do it free. Just look up any community church that work with aarp to do it free

This place is a waste of your time and money! I used them 2 times and they always found a way to over charge me. Then they did a mistake on my taxes and I am still trying to fix that so that I can receive my refund. Certainly don't recommend them AT ALL!!
