Great customer service, thanks Najee! I made an mistake in my initial order, and customer service immediately cancelled it and so I could order the correct car rack this time. Once it arrived, it works great! We put 2 bikes on the back of the trunk on our most recent camping trip, and drove for hours with no problems.
