I cannot say enough about specialized computers solutions and Kevin and Dave! My computer crashed and it was a complicated process to get all of my old information moved onto my new laptop. It was done seamlessly and perfectly! Not only that, both Kevin and Dave are so knowledgeable, polite and very, very patient! . I highly recommend this business !

My elderly mom was having trouble with her desktop. I don’t live nearby so called SCR in Allendale. Kevin answered right away and Chris was there before lunchtime! Fixed. And didn’t charge her anything! Very kind.

Great service all around. In a last minute scramble to come up with a usable device for some online supplemental classes I dug up an old laptop that I thought was dead. Within 1 business day I had a new hard drive and complete re-install. My daughter is now ready to go with a rebuilt machine that by far out performs the school issued chrome book. We'll be using this for both school and our extra classes moving forward. THANK YOU to the guys at SCR!

Pressed the wrong key on my desktop and wiped everything out except the photos which were backed up. Rode past their location so I decided to give them a try. Compared to the experience I had with a previous computer repair establishment, there concern and expertise to me was second to none. Chris st SCR listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right laptop. I gave him the old one and he gave me the new one set up just the way I wanted it. When I think of all the aggravation I would have felt setting it up myself or calling relatives with questions, I think that Chris gave me an extra day to enjoy rather than to muddle through. He was fair, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. So glad I found this company.
