First and only time I’ve filed here. Bad experience. TurboTax told me my return would be x amount. I decided to go with Quality Tax to have a professional do it. First thing I did when I sat down was ask Arcelia how much the service would cost me. She said $125. Fine. We go through the motions and she starts reading off my returns. It was a super low number. I told her I was single and I’m guessing she assumed I had no dependents? Well I told her I have dependents and she told me the service was now going to be $250. This annoyed me and I just wanted to get out of there so I said fine I’ll pay the $250. This is something that should have been brought up initially when I asked how much the service was going to be. Finally, she told me my return was going to be almost $1000 less than what TurboTax had told me. I trusted the professionals and went ahead and signed. Fast forward almost a month later, and I get a letter from the IRS saying there was a bunch of calculation errors and that they sent me the exact same number TurboTax quoted me. The difference is almost $1000. Unacceptable. TurboTax was charging me less than the $125 too lol. I’m not going back and telling my parents not to go back either.

My husband and I are new to Arizona and needed help filing our taxes with two states involved. The owner of the company, Arcelia, takes the new customers. She is so helpful and explains everything very well.
The office staff is friendly and accommodating, and Arcelia is both competent and light hearted.
We both left feeling relieved and actually joyful.
Filing tax returns has never been so good!!

I moved here from California 8 years ago and knowing that I needed to get new professionals to take care of my financial needs I decided to go with Quality Tax Service after interviewing other companies that offered the same services. I called in to make an appointment, and basically interviewed them as I am very leery as to who has access to my finances. After 40 minutes of talking, I really liked what I heard and hired them as my accountant take care of my personal taxes, my business bookkeeping and payroll. Arcelia and her team are very professional, friendly, ethical and stick to the laws - I like that.

If you are looking for a company you can trust your personal or business finances; I highly endorse them. If there was a 100 rating I would give them that.
