If you are looking for professional, reliable, fair and kind people to have as your elevator company, you have found it in Annmarie and her team. We were strung along for 18 months and then left high and dry by another company. Annmarie stepped in and gave a very fair price and got the job done within weeks. They showed up when promised, kept the work area clean, and carted away all the trash. Amazing!

Our elevator broke down after being serviced by another company last summer. We contacted Crown and they gave us an honest assessment of our choices. The part was hard to get because the manufacturer was out of business. They communicated well with us in the process even with delays. They are our company for life!!! I cannot rave enough about Mike at Crown Elevator. He came right in and actually recognized the house from at least a decade earlier when a previous owner had him over to work on the elevator. My dog immediately took a liking to Mike too. I handed him the paperwork and he was very familiar with all details and history of my (now out of business) home elevator brand. Within an hour he had the elevator working - entirely functional - after a year of us thinking it was "out of order." I was so happy that I (no joke) handed him a little golden "oscar" award that I had in the basement and told him it was for spectacular elevator service. He was so funny and thrilled and says he will put it on his desk. Crown is dedicated, fairly priced, knowledgeable, and professional. I would give ten stars if I could.

very bad experiences in the last visit, have been using them for maintenance for more than 1 year and had them come over twice for maintenance and was told the elevator was in perfect condition in 2024, then the elevator stopped working in Feb 2025, called them and the technician named James came in for a service repair, spent 1 hour trying to diagnostics the issues but couldn't figure out, then he blamed the issue for couldnt reach to the controller (which I dont think the elevator has one) and they forced me to pay for the onsite visit still even they didn't fix anything and they promised that they would come back on the next visit to fix the problem with more technicians and more tools, but after they went back the next day they emailed me to inform me that they will no longer be able to provide maintenance or repair services for the unit and also refused to refund me the charge, which is very irresponsible and unprofessional. I attached the receipt as a proof.

Best elevator service experience in ten years. I first spoke to Becky who was very pleasant and scheduled me for two days later. James, the technician was honest, knowledgeable and understanding. I’ve had 3 elevators in 10 years and had another company service them. Crown now and in the future will be the only elevator we use!
