I have been looking for the right software for my transportation business and I finally found it. I have been in contact with Neil and he has answered all my questions and let my try a free demo of the software and it has exactly what I am looking for. I can finally have my airport rides and point to point rides set up with their own pricing. I can also add options like passenger count and luggage count so customers wont book a ride that I cant accommodate them for, i currently have to ask after they book which has been a hassle. When we were in the planning stage of WNC Shuttle we recognized the importance of investing in the right quote and reservation management system from the start, so as to avoid a costly and complicated transition to a different system in the future.
