I would have liked to have given this location 0 stars. I arrived at 1:07 p.m. for a 2:00 p.m. appointment. At 3 o'clock nothing on the truck at 3:30 I was told that they were picking the order and trying to locate the outbound manager at 4 o'clock I was on the phone with CH Robinson I informed them at 4:30 we were leaving if nothing was loaded on our trailer At 4:30 a manager walked out and asked me if I was the 2 o'clock truck I said yes and with an attitude he took my wheel chocks and said you're out of here.

This company is best to bring loads for. They actually respect drivers a lot and will give you cold water and snacks to show you how thankful they are. The owner of this building is a great guy.

I arrived at this store, I was received by a young man named Ben, I thought I was lost because of my little English, my surprise is that Ben speaks Spanish, which was of great help and the speed that they dispatched me, thank you very much for good service.
