My job uses eMDTec for our IT support and over the years, they have been GREAT! I can always get through to a rep and if I have an issue that the rep can't fix, they always refer me to someone who can. The response is always quick and they are always so friendly and helpful.

John is amazing and I'm always so impressed with his wealth of knowledge. He knows everything about the system we use and is always willing to give us tips and advice on how to use the system most efficiently.

I've also received help from Sarah, Alex (both of them), and many others.
It has always been such a great experience and I would highly recommend eMDTec to anyone in need of tech support!!!

4 out of 5 only because we have been with EMDtec for a couple of decades and they have always been amazing. That being said, there are newer staff members who don't quite know the ins and outs of OUR office yet. They seem knowledgeable in the IT world. But I used to be able to call and ask for who I wanted to talk to and get patched straight through and now I get whoever the person who answers sends me to. BUT all in all, still a great company. I cannot name an issue I've ever had that they were unable to solve.
