As a recruiter, I'm accustomed to dealing with spam calls and emails from C2C/Bench/Third-party recruiters. However, this week alone, I've received seven voicemails from different numbers associated with this agency.

This level of persistence is disappointing and disrespectful. I believe any reputable 'consulting agency' should strive for better practices. Personally, if I were in need of services, I would opt for a competitor that values and respects individuals' time.

Please be aware of this fraudulent company. I highly recommend not wasting time with them. I purchased a 2-year service but started a little late since I already had contracts with Hotstar and Sling. Despite providing them with all the necessary proofs and informing them of my starting date, they did not respect it and abruptly disconnected my subscription. It seems they are running a small shop with no IT system. A group of individuals, predominantly girls, communicates and bugs through WhatsApp to renew the service and ask for referrals.

I provided them with several referrals, and they did not uphold their promise to give me one month of free service for each referral. It was even my mistake to give these fraudulent individuals referrals and annoy my friends as well. I won't even give them a rating of 1 since Google requires a minimum rating. PLEASE BEWARE. I made a mistake, and there are many other companies offering the same service. Exercise caution with them, as they operate under different names such as HellowTV or Kanak Consulting.

I was happy with HelloTV service prior to renewals. It appears after renewal, quality of customer service deteriorated rapidly. Their focus is only on new customers or push for renewals but not to address serious issues. I have had service issues for over a month now. Tried to contact my service rep multiple times and all I get 'will call you' or 'busy with activation'. I had recommended HelloTV to few friends before but now will rescind and discourage anyone considering using them. I have asked to cancel subscription of one of the three TV's (one that does not display channels) and they continue to ignore my request. I will take the next step for prompt reimbursement.

They don't keep their commitments and don't pick up your call when you require service. There are other options available with the same content at a much lower price. They do all the communication over Whatsapp and then say that their representative provided wrong information. Poor Service.

The iptv service has been very good. Apart from the American channels, local and regional channels from India and southeast regions are available in 4k format.
Ms Bhumi has been my point of contact and has been very helpful, right from the installation to after sales support. This is my 3rd year with them and I am planning to continue using them.

The name of the rep that I use is Bhumi and she is attentive to my concerns. The system doesn't always work perfectly and audio /voice doesn't always sync but the offering is significant though the learning curve is steep. I found in YouTube how to map my fire stick to make it very useful and will not go back to regular cable

We have been using this service for two years. Jia has been very helpful all along. Should any technical issue arise, they sort it out very quickly. Very responsive to customer messages. The customer has access to both Indian and US channels in many languages. TV shows are saved and easy to access anytime of the day. Good internet tv streaming service.
