We have worked with the Avancer Corporation, to build an IAM framework with various applications through Application Integration products. I was delivered the work within the assigned time. The interface of connectors was enterprise-friendly, which helped our IT administrators to take collaborative decisions.

Avancer was my recruiter and also responsible to pay me on the bi-weekly basis. About 95% of the time, I have to remind them to pay me. If I don't remind them, they don't pay me. All of my timesheets are approved by the PM. Very often, the payments are late. In the last few weeks of the project, I have to chase them for payments. It was exhausting.
If their client doesn't pay them, they won't pay you. So, you are, automatically become Avancer's Collection Agent. You follow up with Avancer's client. Remind them to pay Avancer. Avancer doesn't care if you get pay or not. They don't have much to loose but a few minutes of communication and you will loose your weeks of work if you don't track.
I don't recommend anyone to work for/work with Avancer. There is no creditability.

A great place to work and at the same time develop your skills. As an IT guy I would recommend you to give it a try at Avancer. The only issue you can face is workload that too can be solved if you approach your seniors.
