Our company provides technology solutions to the education industry. We are small but growing fast. After implementing cloud-based CRM, we were looking for a cloud-based solution that would combine CRM with comprehensive accounting. We had been using an on-premises accounting system for quotes, invoicing, purchasing, and inventory. Striven was the only cost-effective solution that met all our requirements: 1) cloud based, 2) CRM, 3) compressive accounting.

We have since implemented all above aspects of Striven and it is working as expected/desired for us. It has helped us to standardize and automate processes while growing our sales and service teams.

The Striven support team has also been a big help. Support from knowledgable staff is always available when needed. It is not outsourced or off-shored. Miles IT (the developer) takes care of their business and their customers as we do ours.

Striven has been, by far, the best ERP software I've used in 25+ years. Their support has been amazing. The onboarding nearly flawless (it's never perfect). They are missing a few quality of life tools but are aggressively expanding and adding new functionality to leverage each quarter.

The workflows and automation are second to none and only getting better. Whether you are a startup, a mom-and-pop-shop, a $5m+ SMB, or an enterprise business, I would recommend Striven. I've used Sage, Quickbooks (from the basic through Enterprise), and many other CRMs, FSMs, and accounting software systems over the years, and Striven will be our answer for decades to come.

As an OSS for Dave's World (an HVAC heat pump dealer) we had Striven customized to meet our 4 locations data based industry. From the enormous customer base we share, to the 100+ employees, Striven connects us all with an efficient and user friendly interface. From marketing, tracking inventory, offering our customers access to their accounts, scheduling, timecards, accounting and organized "dashboards," Striven is visually pleasing to use and very fast. The technical support is fast and great too!

Striven UI is intuitive and thoughtful. They handle scaling and have an API, but being niche, there are not very many, if any software integrations with third parties and the controls around journal entries is lacking. We are newer in the system and still customizing to our needs and their customer support is wonderful!

We switched from Sage to Striven at the beginning of the year. I don't use this software for accounting purposes so much as I do a service standpoint. We do a lot of automobiles and manufacturing at our company. We put a lot of work in up front to make sure the product we got aligned with our needs and we couldn't be happier. Striven has opened our arsenal to provide us with more resources. Striven has allowed us to access more information than we could before and we can now effectively use that as a tool for other jobs. If you take the time to put quality information in this program, that information will continue to benefit you for as long as you use the program. We are still learning new features and tweaking processes that continue to improve Striven for us. The support system for this program has been timely and effective. We are in Columbus, OH and we are extremely satisfied with our Striven experience thus far.

The system allows for a good amount of customization. Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven. We have already reached out to the Striven team and they are welcoming the conversation.
