One of the worst place to start for fresher. Don’t go with all good ratings it seems those all good ratings are from internal people. Don’t see any of one person got job placement through this forum. One of the worst person I ever met is Dev Karlekar. No sense of how to teach and how to behave. Who ever is enrolling please check all reviews first or you will waste your $1000 and time. This guys encourages people to add fake experience on resume.

Dev Karlekar, who leads the sessions, focuses solely on interview tricks rather than genuinely building skills or confidence. In the year I’ve been enrolled, not a single person I know has secured a job through their program, and most participants quit out of sheer frustration. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money, despite their promises.

This company preys on vulnerable individuals seeking career opportunities. Don’t fall for the scam—stay far away.

I enrolled in their Business Analyst (BA) course, and not a single person I know has secured a job through their program. Most participants drop out due to sheer frustration. The trainer’s teaching methods are laughable—talking about chutney, vada sambar, and cake, making it feel more like a comedy show than an educational program. Trainer take session while driving and making food. It was clear that the trainers lacked proper knowledge about the course. When asked questions, they evaded them entirely. They will not respond at all...Hope less trainers/Good for nothing trainers /useless trainers.

To make matters worse, they do not refund the $1,000, despite their promises.

This company is a scam. Avoid it at all costs.

I want to share my experience with GuruSchool and Dev Karlekar, as I believe it’s important to expose unethical practices. Their business model revolves around collecting a non-refundable $1,000 under the false promise that it will be refunded once you secure a job. However, after 16 months, I have not seen a single person successfully placed in any technology role. Instead, they pressure candidates to add fake experience to their resumes and rely on deception during interviews.

What’s even more concerning is that many of the 5-star reviews you see online are not from actual candidates but from their own trainers. I personally attended courses where trainers like Arun, Santosh, and Archana conducted sessions while driving to their offices in India or while cooking food, with significant background noise, making it clear that professionalism was not a priority.

If you’re considering GuruSchool, I urge you to check LinkedIn posts—you’ll find numerous negative reviews from consultants who have been misled by their unethical practices.

To Dev Karlekar, you can keep my $1,000—I have never asked for a refund. In fact, if you need another $1,000, I’d be happy to give it to you. But as a responsible human being, I will not stay silent about the truth you are trying to hide.

Additionally, my lawyer is currently preparing legal action. I have recorded sessions where GuruSchool openly discusses unethical methods to exploit loopholes in the IT industry and US government regulations.
