I knew when purchasing our new business the IT portion was going to be stressful and more than I could handle on my own. Eric was recommended from a friend. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in my meeting with him. My transition period was difficult given I had from 8:00pm Sunday night to 5am Monday morning to have all our new software and hardware online. Eric was there from 8pm to 3:30am in the morning getting us operational for our first day. He was not leaving until he knew we were alright to operate on our first day.
