Julian has given us the best experience when it comes to IT support compared to what we were used to. REAL Solutions upgraded and secured my whole network within a few days. We have a staff of six and used to deal with a company that was not very responsive to our needs. Probably because they thought we were just small fish in the pond. I am very impressed by such good and speedy results. Their pricing is extremely competitive to other quotes that I have received (actually much less than the standard but not the cheapest either). The quote that we were given had many products and solutions on them because they wanted to give us options and we could tell they were trying to be as transparent as possible. It was a pleasure working with Julian specifically. He kept me updated on each step of the way. When we first met Julian, it was during an emergency issue where two of our users were unable to connect and work. He explained it was due to malware and noticed we didn’t have functional antivirus. Apparently, our old company allowed our antivirus to expire and didn’t let us know. He said we had the right firewall in place but it wasn’t configured properly and even showed us what he was referring to, albeit I didn’t understand any of it. I'm looking forward to a long and lasting relationship with REAL Solutions Technologies and I highly recommend this company for any business.

Every year our law firm was constantly jumping from IT company to IT company. We called a few Law offices in the area to see who they used and they gave us REAL Solutions information. It was one of the best decisions we have done because after the last company failed to fix our issue of keeping our Tabs3 software functional; Julian and his team came in and was able to get us up and running in under 20 minutes, while our current vendor was already a week in trying to fix it and were even charging us hourly! Julian didn't even want to charge us for the time because it was so quick. At that moment, we knew it was time to switch, and we have been with them for last two years and still are extremely happy. They even monitor our computers to prevent this type of stuff from happening which apparently the last company didn't even do, even though they said they did. We highly recommend this company!!

I am leaving this review because this company was different than any other business I have dealt with when calling in. I called real because we needed to wipe our three computers and reload windows on it. We were told about the company from a local business in town that uses their services. We spoke to a person named Julian when we called in, not sure if he was a technician or an owner. But basically after we briefly talked about our issue and mentioning to him geek squad was going to charge $1000 to do this project. Julian explained how we can easily do it ourselves and wipe our own computers with the built-in tools (since we didn't care about preserving the old data), and by doing it this way, we can save $1000s of dollars since there will be no need to even have real come in.

Julian saved us 100% of the cost by explaining to us rather than coming out and doing it and charging us. He could easily have just came in and done it. We can tell this company truly cares about helping out rather than just the bottom line. We will be using them for all future IT needs now. Even though we haven't met in person, they are highly recommended! He didn’t even try to sell us on any plans or additional upsells. Will update review in future when we have them come back to upgrade our network or computers.
