the print shop is great! i had a smaller order of graduation announcements & they came out spectacular my expectations were definitely exceeded!

Stopped in tried to order something. Emailed file and was told someone will reach out to discuss. Well days later no one did so i emailed, they got back and said sorry they overlooked it. Well they were going to get me pricing and guess what, over a weeks gone by and still no email or call. Guess that’s how they do business ‍♂️

I called them to see how long it would take for them to print three photos on canvas, as well as make 30 copies of the prints on paper, and make 50 thank you cards. They said it would be 2-3 business days. I have two days off, Sunday and Monday a week. They are closed on Sundays so I go in on Monday to start the process. Two weeks before my Art showcase, to make and have everything ready. Lady at the front was very informative the first time I went in, but that quickly changed. She said everything will be done within 2-3 days, with a guarantee date Friday 8/4, and they will call me when done. I told her I am renting a large truck to bring these paintings to the shop and will be renting it again on Monday, due to their size and my only day off. She said no problem we will see you then with it all done.They are 48in by 60in oil paintings on canvas. I never got a call all week. I work strange hours, yes I should have fallowed up on Friday, when I didn't here from them, but even then I couldn't have done anything because of my hours. Long story short, I called first thing the following Monday (today). A week from when I dropped everything off, the lady said, oh we
printed everything yet it's not done, because we need your approval for the color that will be on the side of the prints on canvas, and we have not rapped them on the wood yet. We agreed already it was going to be all light blue, and it turned out green. I show up, all 30 copies they scanned with their scanner and the three prints on canvas came out horribly, the did some cheep color correction that you can do on a smart phone and made all the blues green and turned everything to black that you couldn't see any of the color. I know they are prints and can't get a 100% match
but it was so far off. I said is there anything they can do to fix or make changes the lady was so rude, cold and a robot behind the counter, did not care. Did not help with any problem solving, or coming up with other
ideas. She even admitted that they dropped the ball in not calling me on Friday to inform me that we needed to come down and look at the color for the sides of the prints on canvas. I was going to drop about $1200 for this first project and then be back to do others. I would have easily spent about $10,000 with them this year due to all of the oil and watercolor
paintings I sell to customers and art galleries. It was such a horrible experience all around. I was about to take one out of the three prints to just show a print at the showcase, and try and work on the other ones but due to the lady being so rude and heartless I walked out. I asked can we expedite this stuff then and make it right in a day or so, I can see if I can
have someone pick this up for me. She said not we have other customers and work that we have scheduled and won't be done for another 2-3 days. After that I was done with this whole experience. Unprofessional, rude, lack of emotion, messed everything up, took
responsibility yet did nothing to fix it. Didn't want my business at all. I was so very professional the whole time, never yelled, raised my voice, asked detailed questions. I am so shocked, never go here for any of your
projects. Stay far away.
