Communication is the worst. You’d have to constantly reach out to the recruiter to get updates, no response to email at all. Barely ever answer their phone, and at the end you don’t even get the job.
EDIT: another associate reached out and communicated thoroughly. Was very accommodating and apologized for the miscommunication.

I, too, was thrilled to be sought after for a position with a client. Momentum seemed to be moving fast, phone and text communications, emails rush to get all my information turned in. I was even notified that I had been fast tracked due to what a seasoned candidate I am in my field. Then ... Crickets. I have not heard back for a few weeks despite my messages. There is definitely an opportunity for Rangam to improve in their communication skills. If another has been chosen for a position, I don’t believe it would take much to notify who you initially have taken the time to build a rapport with. Final thought: without a solid foundation, there is no skyscraper.

Rangam claims to support neurodivergent workers, but given their unwillingness to maintain contact with us, I beg to differ. Everyone at Rangam that interacted with me was laid off halfway through my contract; I have not heard from Rangam since. Not even to inform me that they had been laid off -- I had to find that out from the outgoing support manager. I've been in my role for almost a year, and no one has any clue what to do with me once that year is over because Rangam has pulled the rug out from under us. I have no intention of working with this agency again.

This is the worst assignment that I’ve been on. I worked for Coca Cola under Jasmeet Kaur and was not fully compensated for my time. She is a very racist and egregious manager and individual to the point that I only lasted a week until I resigned. It has been 3 weeks and I have not been paid yet and have been going back and forth with my agency and they don’t protect you at all. I would not recommend working here under any circumstances. I’ve had to resort to reaching out to her supervisor and that’s the only way that the agency keeps reaching out to me requesting that I don’t contact anyone directly. I’m being treated like a second class citizen all in the name of them not wanting to ruin their ties. They should not work with people who aren’t going to pay their employees.

I started working for Rangam Associates in 2020 just before the pandemic. My relationship with them as a contractor has been fine. They are respectful, knowledgeable, and for the most part helpful. But my level of respect for them soared when Anupama Singh became my go-to person. What a lovely lady. Follows up immediately on requests, is an excellent listener, provides great advice, and is generous with her time. She cares about me and how well I am faring. Her attitude is a nice change from agencies whose only interest in contractors is financial and nothing more. Anupama Singh made Rangam Associates human for me and she is truly the best thing about Rangam.
