Completely horrific experience. Their dashboard is so far from intuitive, we spent 2 months trying to get them to integrate our dashboard, and ended up pulling the plug completely. everything you ask them to do takes minimum 5x of asking, and its still not done correctly. they're system is just bad for tourism, there is a lot of features that are basic, that they don't have. and you won't see the challenges until you're deeply in it.
go with Peek or literally anything else. Tripworks is only good at selling you the product, horrific as an actual business.

I told them I was going to switch back to our original booking system and they immediately LOCKED ME OUT OF THE PLATFORM. I can't even view the active bookings or copy texts etc. HORRIFIC AND BORDERLINE FRAUDULANT COMPANY

I'm the IT manager for a small zoo with tours. Over many years, I've used several ticketing systems. After extensive research earlier in 2023, we selected Tripworks for our new ticketing system. We love it! There are so many cool features. Our staff has learned it very easily. Support is excellent - very prompt with great communication. We also have a dedicated account rep (Melanie) who has been fantastic to work with.

We use Tripworks for our small Kayaking businesses online booking and all I can say is WOW!! We are now on our second year with them and they have been nothing but helpful. They are always available when I have a question and have multiple ways of contact. Chat for quick questions, or email/phone for things that may be more detailed. I have a personal representative that helps with the more complicated database questions and she always gets back to me very quickly. The whole crew at Tripworks is awesome though and I have never had a question they could not resolve for me. They are terrific at listening to issues I stumble across and updating their database as needed. I was overwhelmed looking for online booking for our business when I first signed up but after a trial with Tripworks I was hooked on the ease of setup/booking process. Our guests love it too from their end! We definitely will only be using Tripworks and you should too!
