Needed to scan and OCR all the permanent records from time of municipal incorporation. ICM's team met to discuss and clarify project goals, outcome and define the naming conventions of the multitude of various records. Communication was excellent, ability to reach them was immediate. As scary as it was to send them all out at once, they did an amazing job of the whole project. They were honest about the time frame and delivered all the records just as they were sorted, filed and stored. Impeccable work. Highly recommend the company. 2020-2022
