I had a nightmare scenario, woke up and my laptop was stuck in an infinite boot loop. I lost all my work and college papers. I walked into their location, even though their sign says to make an appointment via phone call. They were so kind a helpful from the start. They immediately took my laptop and were able to begin the diagnosis within the next 24 hours. Unfortunately, they were unable to recover my data (most likely because I tried to fix the problem myself before seeking help), but made a wonderful referral to another shop that specialized in recovering corrupted data. The workers were all so kind and considerate considering I had effectively lost my life's work! Fast service, excellent communications, in the future, I will certainly come back for any future computer issues!

I'm so happy to have found a trust-worthy local small business to assist us with our technical computer challenges. Their staff is very friendly and their prices are fair. We had two issues: our laptop wasn't powering on and we had an old external drive that was no longer working with over 10 yrs of photos stored on it. The laptop issue was simply that the spare power-cord we had was no longer working, so the lifeline team didn't charge us for our oversight :). For the external hard drive, they were able to crack it open and transfer all my photos to a new drive. They saved the day! I'm so happy! (We've previously brought the hard drive to Best Buy's Geek Squad a couple years ago; they said they had to ship it out to a third party for a price; they came back and said it would cost us SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars to transfer the data! so we declined). I've been holding onto the drive waiting to find someone who could restore our photos without ripping us off, and we found them. Thank you to the Lifeline team!

Hi; I just want to say thank you for looking after my large screen HP all-in-one desktop computer. I telephoned you midday December 23rd totally overwhelmed that my HP had been hacked, locked and now dead. You told me to relax and let Lifeline Technology Solutions see how they could help. Today I had the pleasure of using the services of Lifeline Technology Solutions. Matt, the owner, was kind enough to make a house call to trouble shoot various issues and address them quickly. He was efficient and kind. He is without a doubt, my new go to computer trouble shooter!

Way overdue in providing this review. Simply said...the Lifeline team does a great job anytime I have needed them. Dropped off my laptop, explained the problem and was back in business the same day!
Can also recommend them for the purchase of new any PC equipment as opposed to big box stores or online purchase. Big isn't better and local is way easier!
