LaChance replaced pressure tank, iron reducer and water softener. All had aged out. From the initial contact, testing and quote, down payment to installation it was actually an enjoyable experience. The whole team is knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt talked down to or being sold something. Each person communicated clearly. I even know what the red diverter thingies do! I have great water and great confidence that I chose a reputable company that will stand by their product. Don't hesitate to hire LaChance.

Great communication from inquiry to installation. They responded on a weekend to let me know they’d be in touch with information on a new system. They followed up promptly and showed up on time. I also appreciated the text system to let me know when and who was showing up. The system looks amazing and directions were clear on my end for what I need to do to operate. Very happy with everything!

Had a very old competitors system in a house we bought a year ago, using nasty purple potperm. Very unhappy with its performance, having to add harsh chemicals & the sloppy workmanship of the previous install moused together. Gathered some quotes and Tony with LaChance had the best price, was very outgoing and did not pressure. He wanted us to be fully informed and explained all our options. Very poor customer service from the competition. Before the LaChance quote expired in 90 days, we called and booked the filter and softener install. Tony notified me when Levi & Pete were on the way on install day and they showed up within the 1 hour arrival window ready to go! Within 4 hours we had our old system replaced & backwash rerouted from our septic drain field to the rim joist on the opposite side of the basement. Both Levi & Pete were very outgoing, super helpful & explained the work scope in detail before starting. At the end we went through the entire system top to bottom. Very happy with the install & customer service received. System works amazing with cleaner & softer water! 5 Stars for LaChance. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to install, service or replace a system.

They couldn’t have sent nicer guys. Ron and Eric were professional and replaced my aging system with a new one and corrected the plumbing involved to make it cleaner looking than the mess that was here Nobody likes the price to do this work but upon comparison with other contractors they were well worth the money

Our system was old and needed to be updated to new system. The La Chance group laid out a plan and worked with us to chose what would work best for us. The installers of our new system were professional and extremely knowledgeable in what they were doing during installation. My new system is in and my water quality is perfect now and we are very happy customers. The plus is the monthly service and salt delivery. Thank you to all the guys who made this happen.
