I wish to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had recently while attempting to set up an account for my special-needs child. I encountered significant challenges while speaking with an individual named SAKEENAH at your company. Regrettably, I found her demeanor to be extremely rude and passive-aggressive. Despite making seven separate calls in an effort to speak with a different representative, I found that SAKEENAH consistently answered the phone. Throughout our interactions, her behavior was consistently unpleasant, and she refused to connect me with a manager or supervisor, citing the lack of an existing account as the reason for her refusal. To my disappointment, she even terminated the call abruptly. As a concerned parent, I believe that such conduct is unacceptable, particularly in a field like DDD where patience and empathy are essential. I sincerely urge your management to address this matter promptly, as it is imperative that individuals who interact with your valued customers exhibit a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
