I have worked for Risepoint for almost 8 years now. I have seen growth and support unlike any other place I have worked! I continue to feel supported and even encouraged to take time off. The benefits have continued to grow each year and in 2023 I was able to take adoption leave after adopting my three children - which is really an unheard of benefit in the US for most companies.
