I think the surcharge percentage per the amount is rip off, we already pay a crazy amount of taxes, also don’t like the fact that anyone with 2 brain cells can go online and see how much you owe etc on the website where you pay your bills. Also allow me the option to the pay the water bill for the entire year, stop teasing me every quarter.
