Poor service, the customer relationship does not know what they are doing. They changed the story between prior and after purchasing. They said 2-3 days shipment; later I discovered it is 2-3 days from being in stock and it is not available in stock until three months from the time purchase. You paid for the shipment then I discovered I have repaid for the shipment. The invoice said 512 then I discovered my credit was charged 600 dollars. In short, don't buy from this company if you have an alternative.

This company will not stop spamming me with emails even though my work has nothing to do with optics. They continued sending them even after I unsubscribed. I don't imagine I will ever need to buy any of the products they sell, but if I do, I know what company I won't be buying from.

Employees are rude.

I was speaking with one of the employees and they were very short and stern with me. I am not sure if this is an issue that they only have with a certain demographic, but I would not recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism in customer service.
