Etamar and Yonatan were extremely detail oriented when wiring and installing our wifi and security camera for our new business. The process not only went smoothly and was done ahead of schedule, they also suggested a simple way to have more reliable Internet. Since completing our office, we have not had any issues with losing a wifi signal. PointerTech IT monitors the stability of the system each month, even once replacing a router - at no cost to us - because they noticed an issue on the back-end. Definitely would recommend this them as not only that they want to help, but they are a pleasure to talk to. They are so good that we are hiring them again for installing a security system and internet in our condo. Definitely stop looking for an IT company and hire Pointer Tech IT.

I had a great experience with PointerTech. Etamar and Yonatan quickly diagnosed our dead spot wifi issues, came up with a solution, ordered equipment and did the complete install within a week. They are incredibly responsive, timely and thorough and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I recommend them completely!

Our company is located in Long Island City. After experiencing some repeated issues with our network setup, we decided to call for some professional help. A friend recommended PointerTech IT Solutions so we called and booked a consultation meeting. The meeting took place on a Friday and the (2) IT consultants that arrived were very knowledgeable, they were able to identify the sources to our issues fast and recommend a solution. By the following Friday we already had an upgraded setup , including a fast WIFI coverage throughout the space and a backup LTE modem to cover Spectrum’s downtime. Their awesome team also helped us hide some ugly wires that were hanging around our desks and working stations…
Bottom line we are super happy with this company and happy to recommend them to any of our associates. Call them, you won’t be sorry.

I called PointerTech IT last week because we needed some help improving our office's network performance, gladly, they were able to put us on their schedule same week!
Their team came by, replaced some network wires, upgraded and configured our equipment and basically did everything we hoped for, and then some.
Very happy to recommend Etamar, Yonatan and their crew to any business in need of some smart guys with great hands 🙂

We moved in to a new apartment in an old building here in Williamsburg, and had a terrible wifi connectivity. I called PointerTech and they had someone come by the net day. He suggested to upgrade our wifi setup at a reasonable cost and completed the work the following day. Our connection is now great 🙂 Tech was nice and flexible to our weird hours availability(baby in the house). 5 stars service.

I manage an office for a local company in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Two days ago our network just crashed and Spectrum said that the issue is not from their end and we should call some help. So we called Pointer tech and their team came the same day to help! I don't know what they actually did but after a couple of hrs our network was back to normal and we could get back to work. The team was very friendly and helpful, price was reasonable.

Great team to work with, very communicative and knowledgeable. Itamar helped us upgrade our network devices, wifi and most important firewall. We got an office in Brooklyn so it was important for us to find local IT guys and these guys really did a good job.
