I had an excellent experience with James who came to fix our water cooler. He was professional, efficient, and thorough in addressing the issue. Not only did he quickly identify the problem, but he also took the time to explain what needed to be done and ensured everything was working properly before leaving. German just completed repairing our copier. He was very professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts which needed a couple of days for delivery. Within two business days, he was back and our copier is now running perfectly.
